Report Says America's Infrastructure Close to Failing

A new report gave our nation’s infrastructure a grade of D+ and some say the money President Trump plans to invest in our aging roads, bridges and dams is not enough. News4’s Derrick Ward talked to leaders at the Washington Suburban Sanitation Commission for reaction.
