Alumna Makes Largest-Ever Donation to U of Mary Washington

Irene Piscopo Rodgers, class of 1959, credited the university with fostering her love of science at a time when few women were in the field. Rodgers died last year; her estate donated $30 million to the school. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports.
