DC All-Boys School May Face Discrimination Lawsuit

Construction is underway on a high-profile, $20 million D.C. high school for at-risk boys, but the American Civil Liberties Union says the plan unfairly excludes girls. “DCPS has made a conscience choice to leave girls behind,” the group’s executive director in D.C. told News4’s Tom Sherwood.
