“Our Families' Lives Have Been Hell”: Mothers Rallying Against Heroin Epidemic

A small but passionate group of mothers gathered in Annapolis to call for more funding to help prevent and treat drug addictions. As News4’s Darcy Spencer reports, many of the mothers who rallied have lost their children to heroin or prescription painkiller overdoses.
