Dangerous Southeast DC Intersection Needs Stop Sign: Resident

The intersection of 22nd and Prout streets SE has been unsafe for kids at the nearby elementary school for years and needs a stop sign, frustrated resident Tom Donohue says. The city said it will review his request and solve the problem within a month.
