‘It was Horrific:' Man Accused of Trying to Burn Girlfriend Alive

A house fire investigation is also a domestic violence in Prince George’s County, where witnesses say they encountered a half-naked woman suffering burns and asking for help after she accused her boyfriend of setting her on fire as a home also burned nearby. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
