$50K Lottery Win Helps Restaurant Manager With Dream

The manager of the New Deal Cafe in Greenbelt, Maryland, says he will fulfill his dream of opening his own retaurant after he won $50,000 from a scratch-off lottery ticket. “I’m a lucky man,” Karim Kmaiha said. News4’s Kristin Wright reports.
