911 ‘Super Users' Getting Help From Montgomery County

Nearly 2,000 people who called 911 at least four times within 30 days are part of a program Montgomery County is offering to help 911 “super users.” “Those 12,000 to 13,000 calls equate to at least an ambulance, maybe a paramedic, maybe a fire engine,” master firefighter paramedic Ian St. John said. News4’s Kristin Wright spoke with a woman being helped by the program.
