90-Year-Old Waits 30 Minutes for D.C. Ambulance

News4 has learned the same dispatch crew in charge the day an ambulance was sent to the wrong quadrant of the city rerouted a crew Tuesday, leaving a 90-year-old woman waiting for 30 minutes. News4’s Shomari Stone reports.
