30 Serious Injuries, Incidents in 18 Months at Local Veterans Affairs Facilities

At least 30 Veterans Affairs patients in the Washington, D.C., area died or suffered injuries as a result of the care they received at local veterans’ hospitals since October 2012, according to records obtained by the News4 I-Team.
