28 Cats Abandoned Outside Greenbelt Animal Shelter

More than two dozen cats are getting care after someone abandoned them outside the animal shelter in Greenbelt, Maryland. The cats spent several hours outside in bad weather before workers at the shelter even realized they were there. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
