D.C. police are looking for a 13-year-old boy last seen Thursday in the 4200 block of 4th Street SE.
Julio Bouknight is described as a black boy with medium complexion. He stands 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighs 103 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and was last wearing a blue polo shirt with a McKinley Tech logo on the left side, tan pants, a black jacket and blue or brown boots.
