13-Year-Old Among 5 People Shot in Southeast

Five people were shot including a 13-year-old boy. It was the second mass shooting in less than a month in D.C. Early Tuesday morning, a gunman opened fire on a crowd of people outside a shopping center on Alabama Avenue SE. News4’s Cory Smith spoke with police and community activists who are desperate to curb the violence.
