1 Dead, 2 Hurt in Northeast DC Shooting Near Mayor's House

One person has died and two others are hurt after a shooting inside a home on Riggs Road NE, near the Maryland border. The victim may be a teenager, police said. D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser lives in the neighborhood and urged the shooter to come forward. News4’s Tracee Wilkins reports.
