Connor's Law Now in Effect at Md. Pools

News4’s Darcy Spencer talked with the parents of Connor, a 5-year-old boy who lost his life at a Maryland pool after lifeguards were unable to save him because they weren’t trained to use an AED. This pool season marked the first year all Maryland lifeguards have to be trained to use the potentially life-saving device, a direct result of the lobbying by Connor’s parents.
