Survey: Teens' Lack of Sleep Could Lead to Mental Health Problems

The 4-H Club recently surveyed about 1,000 teenagers to learn more about the biggest health issues affecting them. The top two were lack of sleep and mental health. Experts say these two go hand in hand. When you dont get enough rest, it not only makes you feel tired but it can actually impact your mental and emotional well being.
