Anyone with a preschooler knows about picky eaters. Cries of "I'm not hungry!" and "That's gross!" can send chills down even the most patient parent's spine.
The government thinks it can help. It has released a new Web site, called My Pyramid Plan for Preschoolers.
Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the site provides nutritional guidelines and guidance for children aged 2 to 5.
The interactive site provides a guide for what and how much from each food group to give toddlers. Just enter age, gender and activity level, and voila, you have a plan you can print out and even show to your child.
