Lately it seems like the United States is doing a lot of outsourcing to countries all over the world, everything from call centers to manufacturing jobs. But now there’s a different type of outsourcing. People going to other countries for fertilty treatments, even surrograte mothers. They’re calling it reproductive tourism.
