Antidepressant Use on the Rise

In the last ten years the number of Americans taking antidepressants has increased by 400 percent. Currently, about one in 10 Americans takes an antidepressant and that number is even higher for women in their 40’s and 50’s. Dr. Joshua Weiner joins us with a look at what is behind this rise in antidepressant use in the last decade.
