Second Group Begins Getting Covid Vaccine in Virginia

Virginia is ramping up distribution of COVID vaccinations. Some communities are expanding the shots to the next group in line, group 1b. That group includes teachers, essential workers, jail and prison inmates and people age 75 and older. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports.
