“Law & Order” Star Vincent D'Onofrio Fetes Law Enforcement Museum at Gala

The “Criminal Intent” star said he was proud to be a part of the Law Enforcement Museum groundbreaking gala. He was joined by NYPD and other members of service at The National Building Museum on Thursday Night to celebrate the construction of the only Congressionally authorized museum dedicated to the profession.
