Niteside caught up with author Cathy Alter at her book signing and beauty party at the Alchimie Forever showroom in Georgetown Tuesday night. In “Up for Renewal,” Alter changed her life with tips from some of the top lifestyle magazines. Now she passes on some of those tips to fashion victim Jessica Simpson — and suggests some subscriptions for Simpson’s own renewal.
