Chinatown's Zenith Gallery will not renew its lease when it expires at the end of February, the Washington Business Journal reported.
For more than 20 years, the gallery sold art at 413 7th Street in Northwest.
The founder of the gallery, Margery Goldberg, chose not to continue so she could pursue more community art initiatives, according to the Journal.
She will still continue to sell art, just not out of the gallery.
