2 Transgender Women Killed Months Apart in Md. Neighborhood

A homicide investigation has many questioning whether people in the transgender community are being targeted. Zoe Spears is the second transgender woman to be killed since March. She was found late last night just off Eastern Avenue in Fairmount Heights less than half a mile from where Ashanti Carmon was killed earlier this year. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
