The upcoming weekend is a big one for any football fan. It's Super Bowl time!
167 million adults are expected to watch the Super Bowl according to a a survey conducted by BIGresearch for the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association. That's an increase from 158 million last year. Super Bowl parties will be scaled back this year resulting from more people being strapped for cash.
Viewers plan to spend an average of $57.27 on food, team apparel and other merchandise which is less than the $59.90 they said they'd spend last year.
