Spike's Salad Recipe Headed to Sweetgreen

Visiting Chefs Spike Mendelsohn, Casey Patton and Tiffany MacIsaac participated in a salad contest Wednesday evening at the newest Sweetgreen in Foggy Bottom. Spike’s cherry tomato salad recipe will grace the restaurant’s menu in August.
