Some Vaccines Not Included in Federal Injury Compensation Program

Lawsuits are brewing around the country from people who say they were injured by the shingles vaccine, but the News4 I-Team found one injury that’s becoming more common is not eligible for potential payouts. They’re shoulder injuries caused by how the shots are given. A federal program has paid millions to victims, but not if their shot was a shingles vaccine.
