Silver Spring Transit Center to Open Sunday

The Silver Spring Transit Center is scheduled to open Sunday after delays and lawsuits. The $141 million center will be the second-largest bus transit facility, behind the Pentagon station, with 120 buses per hour during peak times. News4’s Chris Gordon reports.
