DC Council Bans Pot in Private Clubs, Non-Public Places

After six months of debate and several votes, the DC council Tuesday took a final vote and banned marijuana consumption in private clubs or other non-residential places. The vote was 7-6. News 4’s Tom Sherwood reports.
