Shattering Sunroof Frightens Family

It happens in a split second. A Virginia family says while driving along Loudoun County Parkway, their SUV’s sunroof suddenly shattered. News4 Consumer Reporter Susan Hogan discovered it’s not an isolated case. Hundreds of similar complaints of shattering sunroofs have been documented.
