‘See station manager': Why Metrorail riders will get this error message less often

More than 4,000 times a day, a Metrorail error message at the faregates prompts a station manager to get involved. Riders will soon see new messages flagging cards that are expired, invalid or deactivated. News4’s Joseph Olmo reports.
