Police Arrest Suspected Potomac River Rapist

The FBI says after 28 years they’ve tracked down the Potomac River Rapist. DNA evidence led them hundreds of miles away to Giles Warrick in South Carolina. Chris Gordon reports detectives say Warrick is responsible for nine rapes and a murder in the 1990s.
