Pedestrian Struck, Critically Injured by Off-Duty Officer

A critically injured pedestrian had to be flown to a hospital Tuesday morning after a crash on a notorious Prince George’s County highway. County Bureau Chief Tracee Wilkins reports an off-duty police officer in a marked cruiser hit the man who was crossing the road.
