Officer's Police Powers Suspended After Video of Him Kneeing Suspect

A Montgomery County police officer is off the streets as the department investigates whether he used excessive force during an arrest. The officer is seen kneeing a man in the head while that man was pinned down. News4’s Cory Smith has the latest on the investigation.
