Ashley Boalch won the title of Miss D.C. 2011 Sunday evening in a pageant that took place at Arena Stage. Overwhelmed with emotion, the new beauty queen described her next steps after winning the Lifestyle & Fitness and Evening Gown competitions, in addition to the crown.
