Maryland Police Chief Wants Changes to Indian Head Highway

The Prince George’s County police chief says changes need to happen on one of Maryland’s most dangerous roads a day after a News4 I-Team investigation revealed dozens of drunken drivers have crashed on Indian Head Highway and avoided jail time. Scott MacFarlane reports.
