Man Sets Jacket on Fire Outside White House

On Friday afternoon, a man who appeared to be riding an electronic scooter or wheelchair set his jacket on fire and rode towards the White House, police say. Secret Service stationed nearby stopped the man and put the fire out before police took him to a hospital. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
