Leesburg Councilman Accused of Defacing Memorial Proclamation

A Leesburg town councilman is under fire, accused of defacing a public proclamation. Councilman Thomas Dunn did not sign the proclamation that was to go to the descendants of a man who was lynched. News4’s Derrick Ward reports on the controversy.
