Judge Orders DC Police Start Collecting Racial Data About Stops

Traffic stops by police in the District will now be tracked according to race. It’s part of an effort to find out if officers are racially profiling African-Americans. This was supposed to happen three years ago, but officers haven’t been collecting the information. Mark Segraves reports on a judge’s ruling ordering police to comply.
