Government Seeks Repayment From Victim of ID Theft

A retired doctor from Chevy Chase says he’s the victim of identity theft and fraud and he’s being forced to repay a debt he claims he doesn’t owe. He’s hoping for an investigation to clear his name and get his money back. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
