The dating site, created by Web entreprenuer Philip J. "Pud" Kaplan, helps Twitter users find other twitterers in their geographic area. Users can specify whether they're looking for men, women, or both, but aren't asked to note their sexual orientation.
As the site adds more users, Flirt140 will eventually register people's sexual preference and then display appropriate targets in searches, according to Gawker.
