Fairfax Co. Man Confesses in Court to Killing Girlfriend

A Fairfax County man admitted in court he killed his girlfriend by putting her in a chokehold. With his victim’s mom just feet away 18-year-old Nebiyu Ebrahim said he killed 16-year-old Jholie Moussa last year in an uncontrollable rage. News4’s Chris Gordon reports her mother is demanding justice.
