There is a massive Earth Day event on Tuesday. The Senate Energy and Environment Showcase will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the ninth floor of the Hart Senate Office Building (2nd and C streets NE) on Capitol Hill. Originally the event was supposed to be held outside, but rain moved it indoors.
