WASHINGTON — Plumes of smoke can be seen coming from a downtown D.C. building.
D.C. Fire and EMS says it responded at 10:48 a.m. to a building in the 1100 block of M Street in Northwest.
No injuries have been reported.
D.C. police have tweeted the incident is in the 1700 block of M Street in Northwest.
