DC Government Trying Costly Birth Control for Rats

The D.C. government has tried plenty of ways to kill rats, but now it’s spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a different idea: rat birth control. The News4 I-Team found it has never been tested on this big a scale, and some cities that have tried it are not using it. Investigative Reporter Jodie Fleischer explains why D.C. is willing to be the next guinea pig.
