Capitol Police Arrange Security for Hundreds of Events Involving Congresspersons

U.S. Capitol Police have been told to do a security assessment to ensure the safety of Rep. Ilhan Omar and her staff. Scott MacFarlane reports in the past year, Capitol Police have received more than 400 requests for enhanced protection.
