Md. Teen Found Dead With Army Recruiter 5 Years Ago

This weekend marks five years since 17-year-old Michelle Miller, of Rockville, Maryland, was found dead along with 31-year-old high school Army recruiter Adam Arndt. Her grandmother wrote a book about Miller and told News4’s Derrick Ward how she says Maryland lawmakers can help protect other young people.
