Prosecutors Could Face Challenges Charging US Capitol Rioters

The U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia has charged at least 55 people in connection with this week’s protests and riots at the Capitol, but a former prosecutor from that office has serious concerns that more rioters could get away without facing charges or even be pardoned by President Donald Trump.
