Progress and Hurdles in How States Share Vaccination Records

More than a half million people in D.C., Maryland and Virginia crossed state lines to get a COVID-19 shot, and the News4 I-Team learned their vaccination records are likely filed in that neighboring state, not where they live. Investigative Reporter Jodie Fleischer reports on what states are doing to try to track down those records and why that’s so important.
