How one man overturned a beach ban on tourists

The News4 I-Team has been tracking a battle over who gets to use a public beach in Maryland. Investigative Reporter Tracee Wilkins reported a town that’s placed a “do not enter” sign at its beach to keep tourists out. She recently spoke with a man who challenged this very issue of beach access in Connecticut and won.
